Do you need extra hardware for this as a hospitality business?
circled7 provides a tablet PC with an internet connection. For the waiter function, each waiter can also use their own smartphone or an existing company smartphone if desired.
Do you need an extra connection for this as a hospitality business?
No, the tablet PC provided already has a SIM card and is therefore connected to the internet.
Can multiple waiters use the system at the same time?
Yes, each waiter can use their own smartphone and their own account if desired. It’s also possible to use shared devices with shared accounts.
How do consumers find me?
From summer 2019, circled7 will organize extensive online advertising via Google, Facebook, Instagram, etc., as well as in selected print media, to encourage consumers to register in the circled7 app. Consumers who are already registered continuously receive advertising from circled7 about participating hospitality businesses. In addition, consumers can find participating hospitality businesses via the search function in the circled7 app and via the circled7 offers additionally published by the hospitality businesses.
How can you start “small” as a hospitality business?
The best thing to do is to schedule a consultation appointment with a circled7 expert. This expert will provide you with sufficient information about the different service packages.
How much extra work does this mean for a hospitality business?
At the beginning, there is certainly a small amount of extra effort involved in learning how to use the circled7 app. After this “onboarding phase” of an estimated 2 weeks, however, automation with circled7 should reduce your previous workload.
What evaluations and statistics do I get, and how often?
circled7 offers a range of very meaningful evaluations and performance analyses that can be viewed by the hospitality business and are also regularly provided by circled7 as part of billing.
How does billing work for hospitality businesses?
Billing between circled7 and participating hospitality businesses takes place monthly.
How long are you bound to the contract as a restaurateur?
The commitment period is 12 months.
What are the cancellation terms?
You can cancel up to 2 months before the end of the term. If you don’t cancel, the contract is automatically extended by another 12 months.
