Yes, waiters can use their own smartphone and their own account on request. It is also possible to use community devices with community accounts.
Beginning in summer 2019, circled7 organizes extensive advertising on the Internet via Google, Facebook, Instagram etc. as well as in selected print media in order to get registered consumers for the circled7 app. Already registered consumers receive continuous advertising from circled7 through participating gastronomic companies. Furthermore, consumers will find the participating gastronomic companies via the search function in the circled7 app and on the circled7 offers additionally published by the gastronomic companies.
We recommend to arrange a consultation appointment with one of our circled7 experts. We will inform you about the different possibilities and service packages.
You will need to invest a little bit of time at the beginning to learn how to use the circled7 app. After this “learning phase” of approx. 2 weeks you can expect a reduction of the previous work effort as the app helps you with automated processes.
circled7 provides a variety of informative reports and performance analyses. These reports can be obtained by the gastronomic companies and are regularly provided as a part of the billing process.
The accounting between circled7 and the participating companies takes place monthly.
The commitment period is 12 months.
A termination is possible until 2 months before the end of the commitment period. If not canceled, the contract is automatically renewed for another 12 months.
